Okay so here it is… Whose smile is the most fake? DJ or Becker?Ihave August 28, 2008

I have to tell you I was so excited to go to the Freedom to Succeed Seminar in NYC, and then I found out that Becker was going to be there also.

So here is how is went down for me: I went with my friend Amanda from Canada and we are waiting around and Jasmine Star comes over to talk to us, she has such a vibrant personality, and she is talking to us and I look to my left at Amanda and David Jay is standing right behind her, talking to our friend John Lo…now honestly…anyone who knows me knows I LOVE Johnny Depp, but when I saw David Jay, I about flipped!  Jasmine leaves, I turn to tell Amanda that David was right behind her and he literally walks right past us.  I mean COME ON….we could not believe it.  But we were talking and it kinda became the joke of the night between the 4 of us John, Bill and Amanda and myself.  So I keep talking about how I want to score one of those awesome T-shirts DJ had on, so what do you say DJ?  I think I deserve a T!  

Now before we talk to Jasmine, I ask “where is Becker”  I scan the room and I do not see him.  Amanda says, he’s over there and points, I’m like “where”  she says “there”  and over in a chair is a man, in a T-shirt, shorts and flipflops, eating some potato chips like there is NO tomorrow!  I questioned her notion and she says “I know the shirt”  HA, it was the shirt I’d seen so many times.  Now to Beckers rescue we later find out the poor guy has had 2 hours of sleep and was really pushing to do what he needed to do, PLUS he was in NYC for some great stuff for the [b] school.

So, not to be ignored.  Amanda and I march over to Becker to get a shot with him.  He was so totally cool and we turn around and DJ is there so we do that shot also…and Becker says “who had the fakest smile”  I respond I dunno, but I’ll do a poll on my blog and we will see…

SO here it is folks.  Whose smile is fakest?  DJ or Becker?  Let the comments begin…

Well here’s a bit of a hint!!

 

I have to tell you all, if you’ve not made it to the Freedom To Succeed seminar, GO GO GO…If you can.  There was a lot of heart and a whole lot of emotion and a ton of direction.  Check out the blogging HERE!

I’m actually still at the hotel, but Becker and Jasmine Star were also there and spoke and I’ve got a bit of a challange from Becker to put a poll on my blog and ask you all a question, so that will be coming and this is just a bit of teaser!

I learned a lot and I have some things to put into practice!

Jim and Kara August 24, 2008

We had not met Jim and Kara before their shoot and I was excited to meet them and see what we had.  When Kara got out of the car I first noticed this amazing smile and beautiful complexion.  Jim’s personality is as amazing as Kara’s smile. I did not notice till a bit later that they both had beautiful eyes.

What a great couple.  We had a blast with them, Jim’s personality was fun and really made the day go along very smooth and we spent a lot of it laughing and talking about the city, people and life.

Even though Jim joked a lot there were times when he looked at Kara you could his love for her.  Jim has a man cave, I found that funny, and I wonder how long it is before Kara gets into the Man Cave to “clean it up”!  

Annette – Senior 2009 August 24, 2008

This week we had a really fun time shooting Annette!  Annette reminded us of a free spirit, she’s beautiful inside and out.  We had a lot of fun talking and walking and shooting.  We took her to our special “ally” and had a blast getting her up in the window taking shots and even found a fire escape.  Annette did not mind sticking her hand in the koi pond to give it a splash either.  

I know Annette is going to love her Senior Shots!

I have to tell everyone Creations Photography will go on as always in NE Ohio.  Raquel will be taking over the Ohio branch and I will be opening a new branch in St. Louis.  We will both be doing a lot of travelling as we plan on continuing to shoot together on every wedding.  Because we are a team and we are great at what we do!  So no fears or worries.  We are the same Great Creations Photography you’ve known for the past 6 years and we will continue to offer you the best and latest as the photography industry changes and grows and evolves.

Being prepared for all circumstances:

after Jeff Nichols of San Diego lifted his wife’s wedding gown to retrieve her garter so he could toss it into the crowd, only to find a thigh holster and a loaded revolver. “Opps, wrong leg, “  Nichols said.  His bride is a police officer!
